Minell Eberdt is a graphic designer, web designer, web application consultant and president of ArkansasWeb.com. Her "early career" as a print layout artist for her high school yearbook (remember carbon grid paper!) led her to pursue an advertising major at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in the early 1980's. She has worked in the telecommunications field in both Dallas and Little Rock. Before starting ArkansasWeb.com in 1997 she was employed by a Fortune 500 company as a software applications specialist for the state of Florida. She enjoys working primarily with small businesses and organizations to create a unique and positive web presence. She is married to ArkansasWeb.com's vice president, Greg Eberdt and they have a 5 year old son.
Greg Eberdt is the vice president of ArkansasWeb.com and specializes in technical support for clients in both web hosting, email applications, general problem solving solutions, search engine optimization and client training. He spends much of his time working on the maintenance and upgrades of client sites. Before starting ArkansasWeb.com in 1997 with Minell, Greg began his career as a professional cyclist and has logged thousands of miles on a bicycle. He was a 9-time Arkansas state champion, and qualified for and competed in the 1996 US Olympic Road Cycling Trials. He also has raced on ESPN2, and has raced against world class cyclists such as Lance Armstrong. Greg continues to be greatly involved in cycling today, entering several races every year.
Brad Anders is the code warrior of the team. He has an Associate's Degree in Web Development from ITT Technical Institute in Little Rock. In his spare time, Brad enjoys performing with his jazz-funk combo "Les Phillips and the Hong Kong Caviliers."
Josh Baker is the designer and graphic artist. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a B.A. in Graphic Design and an Associate's in Computer Science. He is skilled in a wide variety of graphics applications, as well as html and web programming languages. He enjoys kayaking, skiing, mountain climbing, computer games, and reading. He and his wife Jana currently reside in Benton.
